This pattern incorporates elements inspired by Jared Flood and Lisa R. Myers.

It is an intermediate level design with a provisional cast on, knitted facing, picot edge, stranded colourwork, four point decreasing, duplicate stitching and embroidery.

I’ve rated this project as “intermediate” because the colourwork requires some patience. Gauge/tension is critical. Stranded/ woven colours and floats must be kept as loose and as short as possible.

Any worsted weight yarns will work just fine as long as you knit to gauge.

Head circumference: 19-21ins (48-54cm)
