Autophagy
This is a chart for autophagy, which is the process by which cells break down organelles and proteins that aren’t needed any more.
As this is not a fitted garment the gauge is more of a suggestion than a rule, but the given gauge will result in a cowl that is 20 inches around and 4.5 inches tall.
The sample is double-knit and thus reversible, but this same chart could be used for stranded colorwork or intarsia as well. The main color uses a bit less than one skein of Knit Picks Stoll, and if double-knit takes a bit less than one skein of each color.
