I wanted to Design a Shawl that used Noro Taiyo Sock Yarn because
I love it so. I also wanted to welcome autumn this year since we had
such a Hot Summer here in Southern California. I used a
combination of two easy to remember stitch patterns that create a
wonderful texture.

SIZE: Wingspan 90” X 60” X 46”
YARN: 2 skeins of Noro Taiyo Sock. 50% cotton, 17%wool, 17%
polymaid, 16% silk. 420 mm, 2 balls, color #26
GAUGE: 16 sts = 4” the gauge is not that crucial but come close
TOOLS: 7 US / 4.5 mm knitting needle, Yarn Needle
STITCH: Garter stitch: knit every row.
Dropped Stitch: knit 1, yrk
Eyelet Stitch: k2tog, yo
