Materials:
You will need yarn, 5.50 mm crochet hook, tapestry needle, and scissors for this project.

Let’s talk yarn!
You can use either #4 or #5 weight yarn for this project. You will need 175-200 yards of yarn for this project! I used Kartopu NO: 1 Prints COLOR: H1811.

Abbreviations:
Ch: chain
Sl st: slip st
Hdc: half double crochet
Dc: double crochet
Bo: bobble stitch
Fphdc: front post half double crochet
Bphdc: back post half double crochet
Bpdc: back post double crochet

Notes:
This would be considered an intermediate skill level pattern! This pattern is written in US crochet terminology. This is a one size fits most beanie pattern. It comfortably fits both my 6-year-old daughter as well as myself. You can go up or down a hook size to adjust the size of the beanie. This beanie is worked from the top down.
