Autumn Falls is a lightweight slouchy hat inspired by the shift from summer into autumn when the air is crisp in the morning, chrysanthemums are coming into bloom and autumn is beginning to fall around us.

Designed to be worked in two colors, the pattern and texture of this hat is achieved through a simple slip stitch formation, repeated throughout.

Autumn Falls is designed to fit snug at the brim with moderate to generous slouch in the body of the hat.

The Autumn Falls hat was designed in celebration of the Fall Equinox, in collaboration with Ritual Dyes. Ritual Dyes creates seasonal offerings released on every solstice and equinox. This is a limited, maker-related package inspired by each particular season. For Fall 2020, the equinox offering includes an exclusive, non-repeatable colorway on their Beast base (Yak/Silk), two other skeins of their new Chestnut colorway, a printed copy of “Autumn Falls” along with a limited project bag and a vial of stress-reducing essential oils from Portland maker, Roots & Crowns. The first batch of ready to ship kits are available beginning at 7am PST. today! Link to the Limited Edition Fall Equinox 2020 Offering
