This is a basic top-down knit pullover made to fit American Girl dolls, or any doll with a 11” (28cm) chest size. It is worked back and forth, with snap closures at the back.

You start at the collar, work raglan increases along each sleeve edge, then put sleeve stitches on stitch holders and work the body to the hem. Then pick up the sleeve stitches and work flat to the cuff. The back bands are picked up and knitted. You only need to sew up the sleeve seams, and sew on snaps to finish.

The leaves are embroidered on last, using duplicate stitch.

This is a basic top-down raglan pattern, which could be made without the embroidery, using any DK weight yarn.

I used Premier Anti-Pilling Everyday DK yarn, about half a ball of Fawn, and about 10 yards of Cream for the leaves.
