Honestly, I thought this was going to be strictly a candy corn beanie. But after thinking about it and trying it out in different colors, I realized that I couldn’t name it Twisted Candy Corn. So I went with corn and pondered, “what else is corn called?” And poof….Autumn Maize became the name. I could just shorten it to A. Maize…LOL

Size options range from newborn through child. There is an adult pattern version also available.

Gauge for the body of the beanie: 4 HDC stitches by 2.5 HDC rows = 1”

Entire beanie is worked in the round.

Pattern is worked with three colors. Great for stash busting and scrap stash busting!

Please note where you will be changing colors.

Ch 1 or Ch 2 at the start of each round does NOT count as a stitch

Please refer to hat sizing chart for circumference and hat height for the size you’re making

Read through all instructions before starting.
