What’s your perfect Fall day? The leaves have changed and continue to change, the air is cool and crisp. Fall is my absolute favorite season of the year next to winter. I’m talking about bonfires, pumpkin patches, cozy sweaters and mugs of hot apple cider with cinnamon. I can imagine myself now, on a cool, foggy morning, the ground covered in colorful leaves dampened by the morning dew. A breeze blows through the trees and there’s just a whim of moody sunlight shining through. These days are my favorite. It makes me want to snuggle up on the couch with my cozy blanket, a hot cup of tea and some knitting. These socks are my interpretation of Autumn and the feelings that it brings. I hope this pattern brings you the same nostalgia and warmth that it did for me when I created them.

This pattern uses a worsted weight yarn making these socks an instant gratification knit. The leaf panel on the back reminds me so much of the falling leaves of Autumn, And the super squishy ribbing that creates the cuff is sure to satisfy.
