We have so much fun in our Colorworks by Debi Ravelry group, as we work our KALs and MKALS each month. In September, we knitted Autumn Splendor as a hat or a cozy—individual choice. The knitters guessed what the theme was as their designs developed, and they offered great ideas for the pattern name. In the end, I chose Autumn Splendor, which is a combination of names offered by ScottieGirl1. Most of the names suggested ran along these lines, and all of them reflect the mood I intended to create with this design. As always, I am impressed with the group’s enthusiasm and the individual use of color that makes each project unique. Embellishing with beads for the apples added to the fun.
