The Autumn Velvet Crochet Shawl  is a richly textured and deep colored shawl that consists of strips made in various stitch patterns. A fun project to learn new stitches or just brush up your crochet skill.

Yarn – Vinnis Colours Serina (bamboo yarn) – approx 1210 yards (110 meters) 10 x 50 g balls (colors listed in Pattern Notes); Weight – DK (11 wpi) 3: Light.
Hook - 3, 50 mm (E) - I used Clover
Yarn needle

Abbreviations: US Terminology
CH - chain
SL ST - slip stitch
SC - single crochet (UK - DC)
HDC - half double crochet (UK - HTR)
DC - double crochet (UK - TR)
TR - treble crochet (UK - DTR)
BLP - back loop

Special Stitches will be give with each section when required.

However gauge is NOT necessary for this project to be perfect.
However COUNTING your stitches will ensure a true success of this project!

Remember – if you use/choose a different yarn weight/hook size your shawl will be a different size!

Finished Size:
Approx 15 1/5 inches (40 cm) in width; 60 1/5 inches (155 cm) in length

Pattern Notes:
Remember you can use any colors you like! This is also a super project for using leftover yarns!
Please note the stitch patterns were specially matched and modified to work for this shawl.

B – Nomvula’s Tangerine (1 x 50 g)
C – Dark Chocolate (3 x 50 g)
D – Crimson (2 x 50 g)
E – Cameo Green (1 x 50 g)
