The pattern is written in US Standard crochet terms, in English only. The printable PDF is a total of 19 pages including the cover page, step-by-step magic circle, puff stitch, and picot border photo tutorials, links to video tutorials, and full pattern. An option for tassels is included and a full photo tutorial is given for that as well, including a link to the tassel video tutorial. It is easy enough for a confident beginner but will make you look like a pro.

Using a 5mm (H) hook, the finished size is 52” x 27” unblocked (not including tassels). The pattern was designed to be made using only one cake of Lion Brand Mandala yarn, so there are very few ends to worry about, and you can pick your perfect colorway! Don’t want to use Mandala? No problem! Use whatever yarn you want! Gauge only really matters to ensure you complete the scarf within the yardage specified by Mandala. But you can use the same pattern with whatever yarn and hook you want to achieve different looks!
