Welcome to Smiley Goose Designs!

The Avery Triangle Scarf works up quickly and has great texture! Pattern has a 1 row repeat making it easy to use any yarn and hook combo. Also, since you decide on how many repeats to make, this can easily make a triangle scarf or large shawl/wrap.

Skill Level: Easy

Ideally, any sock, sport, DK, or worsted weight (#1-4) yarn should work for this project. I used hand dyed, DK (#3) yarn from YoshiAndLucy on Etsy in Gillyweed (Amelia base). It took 3 ½ hanks to complete the scarf and an additional hank to add fringe, so 4 hanks = scarf (approximately 800 yards) or 5 hanks = scarf with fringe (approximately 1035 yards). This scarf would look great in a solid color, variegated, or any other color combo of your choosing.

Finished size is approximately 27 inches wide and spans 52 inches long (not including fringe). Scarf can be made to desired size using 1 row repeat.

All patterns are in English, using US standard crochet terms. I have added working pictures to help show you how I completed a stitch when applicable.

Since these patterns are created by me and tested by humans, there is always chance for error. I am happy to address any questions or concerns.
