AVIGNON beret is worked from top towards the bottom.
The beret is easiest to knit using the Magic Loop method , but you can also work it on DPNs and change to circular needles when it is wide enought .

Yarns / Yardage:

Version I - mohair (kidsilk) , two threads (yarn held together) /
2 skeins (2x25 g) Kidsilk Haze or other mohair

Version II - one thread mohair (kidsilk) and one thread fingering yarn (yarn held together) /
1 skein 25 g Kidsilk Haze (or other mohair) and about 200 m fingering yarn

Beret Avignon robiony jest od góry do dołu. Zaczynami od “antenki” i możesz dziergać ją używając metody Magic Loop lub też drutów skarpetkowych i dopiero jak beret osiągnie odpowiednią szerokość przejść na druty z żyłką .

Włóczka /Zużycie :

Wersja 1. - moher (kidsilk) , dwie nitki razem / potrzebne będą 2 motki moheru Kidsilk Haze ( lub innego ) , razem 2x25 g , około 400 metrów
Wersja 2. - jedna nitka moheru (kidsilk) oraz jedna nitka włóczki grubości fingering (przerabiamy dwie nitki razem) / potrzebny będzie 1 motek moheru 25g (około 200 m ) oraz ok. 200 m włóczki grubości fingering .
Włóczka grubości fingering to taka , która ma ok. 400 m w 100 g .
