In case you need some positive reinforcement, this hat knits up quickly and looks both awesome and fabulous. The sample background is worsted weight black with a helix stripe of contrasting, color-changing yarn.

The letters in this sample are a somewhat heavier weight, so they really stand out. Lion Brand Woolspun (Bulky #5) is the closest to what I used in the original sample.
