When something “went awry”, that means that events went towards the unexpected or had a twist. The Awry Slouch is just such a project. Knit flat at first with a cable that is not the normal 2x2 or 6x6, it then takes a turn and is completed in the round after grafting the live stitches to the cast on edge! Perfectly slouchy, perfectly cozy, the Awry Slouch is a great quick knit that takes just one skein of worsted weight to complete, even in the largest size! Smooth superwash, hazy mohair, or textured novelty yarns will all knit up beautifully with this pattern. Enjoy!
