The Axis Slipover is knit sideways in stripes
of stockinette stitch and reverse stockinette
stitch. Then shoulder strips are knit from
picked up stitches at the front and sewn to the
back with mattress stitches.
Be careful not to tighten the yarn at the color
changes. Do not break the yarn at color changes,
but place the new color over the old.
