Azalea Batwing Sweater

The ultimate in coziness and comfort, the Azalea Batwing Sweater is a perfect transitional piece. The sweater is comfy enough to wear relaxing at home, yet stylish enough for out and about.

Created from 2 identical front and back panels, the sweater is worked from the bottom up, and features a striking braided puff stitch feature at the top.

The pattern is written for 9 sizes from XS - 5X.

Sizing
This sweater is designed with 0-2.25” / 0-5.5cm of positive ease at the hips, measured at the widest point. (The nature of the “batwing” shape at the sleeves means that the bust will naturally be quite loose - this is why the sizes are based on hip measurement).

The PDF includes a detailed schematic and a stitch tutorial for the braided puff stitch section.

Any #3/DK/Light weight yarn.
