This listing is for an easy-to-follow digital PDF pattern showing how to crochet an amigurumi baby doll and accessories (newborn cap, headband, bottle, teddy bear, and blanket). This digital PDF pattern includes: 30 pages, 160+ photos, English US crochet terms, detailed descriptions and instructions, along with translated versions in Spanish and French. (You will have access to 3 pdf files).

If using size 1, fingering/super fine weight yarn, and a 1.50mm hook, the doll will be around 6” tall. If using smaller or larger yarn and hook sizes, the doll will be smaller or larger. This doll can be made with ANY SIZE YARN and HOOK, as long as you are consistent throughout the pattern. The blanket is made with a hook that is 1.75mm larger than the hook used to make the doll so that it is soft. When making the doll, you will want to use a hook that provides a tight enough tension so that stuffing will not show through your stitches. I recommend ‘yarn under’ or x-stitch for the doll, bottle, and teddy bear, and ‘yarn over’ or v-stitch for the newborn cap, headband, and blanket -- but it is not a requirement.

Supplies needed for this project include:
Size 1.50mm and 3.25mm hook (or your preferred size hook for the yarn you are using and a hook that is 1.75mm LARGER than that hook.)
Size 1 fingering weight yarn in colors: Skin tone, light blue, pink, brown, (+ small amount of black yarn or thread) (or your preferred colors!)
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
Fiberfill stuffing
craft glue
2 small (6mm) buttons
1 small (6mm) button (if making optional pacifier)
