Blue Whale Baby Vincent is part of Project Arctic. In Project Arctic I crochet different animals that live on or around the poles. They may live on
the ice, in the air or in the water. What makes those animals special, is that many of them have
a very different appearance when they’re young compared to when they are grown up. And
that is very nice to crochet!

Blue whales are the largest animals on the planet. They can grow to a staggering 30m and weigh up to 160 tonnes. That is similar to a jumbojet! These whales cross our oceans and come North for their favorite food: krill.

Size
The little blue whale is about 16 cm long and 9 cm wide.
