These cute baby booties are easy to crochet as they are crocheted flat. Some sewing. Trim the booties either with little flower ties or pom pom ties.

Three sizes clearly marked in the written pattern:
Newborn (length of sole 7-8 cm/3 inches)
3 months (length of sole 8-9 cm/3½ inches)
6 months (length of sole 10 cm/4 inches)

You need about half a 50 gr (1.8 oz) ball of sport weight (12 wpi) yarn. I used soft superwash wool. A small amount of the same or similar yarn is contrasting colour for the trim.
