This baby shoe is a very simple knit. It is knitted on two needles, and in one-piece, with just one short seam to sew up. You can knit it in any doubleknit wool.

I don’t think you will be able to knit just one pair of shoes. They are a bit compulsive. They would make a really charming gift for any baby.

The pattern comes in two sizes, 0-3 months, and 3-6 months. Instructions for both these sizes are in this one pattern, but written out separately, as I find patterns with brackets a bit confusing.

Some of the shoes in my samples are decorated with wool embroidery. It is fun to make your shoes unique, but I also think they look cute plain.

You will need approx 14g of wool for a pair of the small shoes, and 20g for the larger ones.
