This textured 28” x 36” (66cm x 92cm) baby blanket is knit in one piece, back and forth on a circular needle to accommodate the large number of stitches.

A worsted weight/#4 yarn in cotton, cotton blend or acrylic would make for a beautiful soft and washable blanket perfect for crib, stroller or pram.

The pattern is written in a line by line format (not a chart) repeating over 24 rows. It is a simple interlocking diamond cable with a moss stitch border. If you have experience of working with a cable needle you should have no trouble with this pattern.
