What you will need:

All:
2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
5g brown DK yarn (e.g. Stylecraft Special DK 1054 ‘Walnut’ or 1004 ‘Dark Brown’) per soil bulb
Polyfil toy stuffing
Small terracotta or plant pot (ideally 2 inches/5cm internal diameter) per cactus
1 tapestry needle for finishing

Shaggy Tall Cactus (Cephalocereus senilis):
10g fluffy white yarn (e.g. Bergere de France Plume 24793 ‘Tulle’)
Stitch holder (optional)

Ribbed Ball Cactus:
10g green DK yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 483 ‘Whizz’)

Ribbed Column Cactus:
10g green DK yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 403 ‘Wobble’)

Bobbly Ball Cactus:
10-15g green 4ply yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly 4ply 462 ‘Little Leprechaun’)

Skills used: Casting on and off, Increasing and Decreasing

Stitches used: Stocking stitch, moss stitch, rib
