YARN & GAUGE: 2 are given. Standard gauge and Passap knitters can use Tamm 3-ply. Stitch size 6 on the Japanese standard and 5.5 on the Passap produces a gauge of 7 stitches and 10 rows per inch. Bulky and mid-gauge knitters can both use Tamm Nordic, a light worsted. Stitch and row counts for bulky/mid-gauge are given first with standard/Passap in parenthesis. At stitch size 2 on the bulky and 10 on the Artisan mid-gauge, the gauge for Nordic is 5 stitches and 8 rows per inch. Singer/Studio mid-gauge machines will use a dial number between these two to get the gauge. 3 cones of yarn in colors that harmonize will allow you to knit all of these pieces and each will match all of the others.
