Baby Elephant Materials

Yarn
140 yards super bulky gauge 6 yarn (I used Bernat Blanket)
2 yards black, medium weight worsted yarn (eyes)
1 yard white, medium weight worsted yarn

Hooks
8 mm
3.5 mm (making the eyes)
5.5 mm (working in the fleece)

Additional
5” strip of fleece (thick and high quality is best)
Yarn needle
Scissors (fabric and paper)
Fine tipped marker
Fabric pins (for assembling)
(1) 20 oz bag of fiberfill
1 pair nylons (large & cheap nylons are best, as they stretch well and hold lots of fiberfill. I get mine at the dollar store )

2 yards black, medium weight worsted yarn (eyes)
1 yard white, medium weight worsted yarn
20 yards, medium weight yarn (edging color)
50 yards, light weight yarn (elephant border)

20”x 20” fleece square for the blanket
35mm doll joint assembly
