Baby F (Fox) and Baby W (wolf) are sweet little critters. They are about 14” high from top of ear to foot. He/She are unisex and can be named something special. You can use my pattern to make your own version of this fox or wolf in any color. This one pattern will make both animals - and if you are really good, this pattern can be modified to be A LOT of animals. This pattern is - after all - a modification to my Scrappy the Dinosaur and Pinky the Dragon patterns (also here in my Etsy shop)

This PDF is 9 pages with photos and lots of tips to make your own baby critters.

This pattern is a full pattern that should be advanced beginner. I would not try this as a brand new crocheter, but if you have some pattern reading and amigurumi experience you should have no problems with this one.

I would love to see your babies made from this pattern so please tag me on IG @theburgundybasket

Materials:
Yarns: Baby F (Fox) was made with an entire ball of Crafter’s Secret Cotton in Papaya (3) and about half a ball of Crafter’s Secret Cotton Brown (03) and a scrap of white fur (Red Heart Hygge in Snow) and a small bit of cream cotton from my stash. I used every bit of this papaya cotton ball – therefore, in the pattern I give instructions on the best way to work in case you run out of your main color at the end. Baby W was made also with Crafter’s Secret Cotton in 10/Gray and a scrap of 4-ply worsted weight black yarn and a scrap ball of Yarn Bee Fur the Moment in Husky. Same as above, I used every single bit of the gray cotton so please see notes about the order to work up your baby animals.
-Hook: I used a G/4mm hook for most of this pattern. Any changes to this will be noted.
-Safety Eyes (or yarn to embroider if you choose) and needle to embroider face. You can see in the picture above that for Baby F I used yarn for the face and for Baby W I used safety eyes. This is to show you that either way you choose is fine.
-Stuffing. I have used Poly-Fill brand stuffing, but feel free to use what you prefer.
