These shoes are super cute, easy to slip on, and won’t fall off! Ties ensure that no matter how skinny or chubby the baby’s ankles are, they will fit. Stretchy and soft and EASY to make, these are the perfect baby girl shoes!

STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES:
• ch = chain
• slst = slip stitch
• st(s) = stitch(s)
• rnd(s) = round(s)
• sc = single crochet
• dc = double crochet
• hdc = half double crochet
• sc2tog = single crochet two stitches together (sc decrease)
• hdc2tog = half double crochet two stitches together (hdc decrease)
• blo = crochet through the “back loop only”

Special Techniques: Instructions given for making a seamless finish (so will be no visible point at which you ended your work) and reverse joining with slst (to make a less noticeable seam).

MATERIALS:
• Small amount of soft, worsted weight yarn in white (sole) and a shoe color.
• Size H / 5.0mm Crochet hook
• Tapestry needle and stitch markers

GAUGE with SIZE H / 5mm hook:
11 HDC sts = abt. 3” wide; 3 Row of HDC = abt. 1” tall.
** Use size hook needed to obtain gauge! **
