Meet Baby H - this sweet little hedgehog is the perfect small size, but not too small. This stuffie works up super quick - less than half a day for me - and used less than 1/2 of skein of the primary color and very small amounts of a second color and about 1/3 of a ball of fun fur.

Materials:
Hook: Size G/4mm and Size H/5mm hook note: the reason I have used my H size hook is because I was holding two strands together for the body – a strand of 4-ply worsted weight yarn and a strand of the fun fur yarn. If you are not using an equivalent to these materials you may want to modify your hook size. I will make notes in the pattern when/if I change my hook size.
Yarn: Impeccable in Soft Rose and Lion Brand Fun Fur in Soft Pink. You won’t use but about half of a ball of the fur at most and less than that on the other. Impeccable is 285 yds/4.5oz
260m/127.5g. It is a #4 Yarn. I’ve also used only the smallest bit of the Impeccable in Putty for the belly and hands/feet.
-Safety Eyes or buttons (or yarn to embroider if you choose) and needle to embroider face.
-Stuffing. I have used Poly-Fill brand stuffing, but feel free to use what you prefer.

This hedgehog worked up to be 6” for me. If you like this pattern, I have several new baby animals listed.

You can change the colors and make this a custom make. My example may look girly so change the pink to light blue for a boy if you prefer.

Baby H is a written out pattern with photos and tutorials and a good beginner crochet pattern. It is a 5-page downloadable pdf. Check back with me often because I have a bunch of new baby animals on their way.

If you have amigurumi knowledge and know how to work in the round - ex. 6,12,18,24 etc with increases and decreases you won’t have any trouble.

I am here all to help and support you in any way I can after you download my pattern.
