Knit a perfect pair of ‘peedie’ baby socks.

Includes a cute cable motif designed in homage to traditional ‘kilt hose’.

Choose your favourite yarn and colour to make up a pair or two – perhaps to match your clan colours! Designer used 25g (30g) in total of DK (Double Knitting weight) yarn in The Scottish Yarn Festival - Scottish Provenance ‘Clan’ colours.

The sock construction is a cuff down with heel flap and gusset heel. Knitted in the round, using circular and/ or dpns (double-pointed needles), as preferred. The designer knitted on 3.5mm circular needle (80cm) until heel divide and for toe. 3.25mm Double Pointed Needles (DPNs) to complete heel, gusset, and foot. This prevents the cable motif area tension from being tighter than the main sock.
