The Baby Love pattern is a beautiful stitch sampler design blanket, using a selection of different stitches and techniques to create a beautiful blanket, it focuses heavily on the bobble, crating a beautiful band of hearts.

The pattern has written instructions on how to complete a stroller size blanket measuring approximately 60cm x 72cm and also a large cot size blanket measuring approximately 72 cm x 86 cm.

The smaller blanket uses around 300g of dk weight yarn
(I used 4 different colours in the image in Stylecraft Bambino (white, grey mist, blue mist and mellow yellow), and the larger takes around 400g. (I used Stylecraft Bambino 2 x clotted cream, 1 sage and 1 vintage pink).
I recommend using a 5mm hook for the starting chain and 4.5mm hook for the main blanket.

The pattern can be easily adapted to create any size blanket you wish. I have included brief instructions on how to calculate a starting chain should you wish to make larger blankets.
