Baby Margaret is based on a character from the PBS Kids’ show “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.” She is Daniel’s little sister, and I’ve sized her to be in proportion with my Daniel Tiger stuffed toy. (Daniel is sold separately--check out my Ravelry store for his pattern.) This pattern is purely fan art (flattery in its highest form), and is in no way associated with the TV series.

It helps to have some experience making amigurumi, but she is doable for a confident beginner. I’ve included lots of helpful step-by-step photos to (hopefully) ensure you have success with this pattern. If you can crochet in a continuous spiral using a magic ring and know basic stitches, you shouldn’t have any trouble. Her pink jacket is removable, so you can dress her up or down. She’s also a great stash buster since she doesn’t take much yarn! I used light brown yarn for her fur color since it’s what I had on hand, but if you’re able to find something a bit more orange-y, she’ll look even better.

Materials: yarn (light brown, yellow, white, pink, purple, dark brown), black embroidery floss, half-inch button, white felt, white thread, stuffing
