This cardigan is designed for size 12, 24, 36 and 48 months and done in one piece, meaning no sewing except for the buttons and weaving in your ends. You can make it for a boy or girl with just a change of colours. One should have some knowledge on how the crochet plaid is done and how the colour changes are done.
