I wanted to make this classic blanket but couldn’t find it in print anywhere. So I decided to recreate it. Here it is for you to create your own heirloom for the generations to love and pass on.

It is easily resized just by adding or subtracting a sqare or number of row repeats. And it can be worked in any weight yarn with the appropriate hook - just be aware that the yarn requirements will change.
