A crochet pattern for a Baby to Adult Sun Hat or Winter Hat with brim. Works beautifully for keeping hot sun rays or snowflakes off the face. Tabs are worked into the main body but the pattern can be worked without the tabs, just work a straight SC round instead of working the tab rounds. Bow and 3 sizes of Flower are included with the pattern.

Pattern was originally created for Babies and Children but due to many requests now includes Adult sizes, as well.

Newborn 0 - 6 months: 13 - 14 in / 33 - 36 x 11.5 cm Baby: 6 - 12 months: 15 - 16 in / 38.5 - 41 x 13 cm 1 - 3 Year: 17 - 18 in / 43 - 46 x 14 cm 4 Year - Teen: 19 - 20 in / 48.5 - 50.5 x 16.5 cm Adult Medium: 21 - 22 in / 53.5 - 56 cm Adult Large: 23 - 24 in / 58.5 - 61 cm Adult X Large: 25 - 26 in / 63.5 - 66 cm

Hat works up well in both Medium Worsted Weight cotton or a woolly yarn. Aran for Britain, 10 ply for Australia. Uses a 4 mm crochet hook USA G/6, Britain 8. Mostly SC for Britain substitute the SC with your Double Crochet. Work should be on the tighter side, especially when using cotton yarn.
