Where the paved roads end and the noise of traffic dies away. Where stars are the brightest thing to be seen. Where trees and wind and water are the loudest sounds you’ll hear. This is backcountry. Take a trip back to your roots with this crescent-shaped shawl knit in three contrasting colors. Sections of simple lace are separated with garter and stockinette stitch for lovely rustic and refined look.

The lace sections are charted and written out.
