This is quite an easy pattern but with a few interesting techniques to keep you on your toes.
The bottom of the bag is worked using Tunisian crochet. Tunisian crochet knit stitch looks like regular knitted knit stitch but the resulting fabric is much denser than knitted fabric hence making the bottom of the bag sturdier.
The sides of the bag are seamed together rather than knitted in a round to give the bag more structure.
The yarn I used, Drops Loves You 5 is a great value yarn making this bag a very affordable project.
