Sweet little knitted balls strung into a garland. They make great Christmas decorations but also look good in any room at any time of year.

The pattern includes instructions on how to knit them flat and in the round. If using Cascade 220 yarn and 4mm needles each ball is approximately 33mm in diameter and there are 15 balls per metre of garland. If you use a different yarn and/or needles the size may differ.

You will need:

  • Toy stuffing.
  • A tapestry needle.

Techniques you should be familiar with before using this pattern:

  • Increases and decreases.
  • EITHER sewing seams using mattress stitch OR knitting in the round.
