The pattern is available in five sizes from newborn to about 8 years old (16-24” finished skirt circumference).

Materials Needed:
Ruffle Scarf Yarn (25-65 yards or more depending on size and how you work with the yarn)
Worsted Weight Yarn (55-160 yards depending on size)
crochet hook I (5.5mm)
tapestry needle
ribbon or fold over elastic is optional in place of a crochet tie
