This is a great pattern for begginers using a detailed stitch guide on the back page to help guide you along.

Depending on the type of yarn you use and size crochet hook I used #4 yarn with size F and G crochet hooks for the sample piece. Hook sizes don’t matter so much. My lil guy finished at 6 inches wide by 6 inches tall (not including the fuse)
