Bamboo Stitch Newborn Bonnet is a deeply textured, chunky and squishy bonnet, knit in a very easy and fun stitch that keeps it interesting and makes this little bonnet go fast. It can be worn reversed for a totally different look. Finished off with plain or braided ties, this bonnet is sure to look great on boys and girls alike!

Sizes:
Photographer’s newborn, or “true newborn” which is for babies only a few weeks old. Great to use as a photography prop!

Materials:
Less than 1 skein of bulky yarn (approx 42-50g/40-50 yd)
US #9 (5.5 mm) & US #10.5 (6.5 mm) needles

This bonnet is worked flat until you reach the crown, then you’ll join in the round for decreasing the crown.
