Knit in the round in super soft Malabrigo Chunky, this easy beanie is quick to knit and will keep you warm all through the winter whether you’re walking on the wide open beaches of Northumberland or taking the dog around the block!

One Size to fit average adult head.

Yarn: Malabrigo Chunky 100g (104yards/95m per skein). 1 skein each in 2 contrasting shades.
Shown in Emerald (main colour) and Rhodesian Ridgeback (contrast stripes).

Gauge: 13 stitches and 22 rounds in stocking stitch on 6.5mm needles after blocking.

Needles: 6mm DPNs or a 6mm x 40cm long circular needle to work the brim.
6.5mm DPNs or a 6.5mm x 40cm or 50cm long circular needle to work the body of the hat plus a
6.5mm x 80cm long circular needle to finish the top of the crown using the magic loop method.
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends.
