This classic sweater silhouette uses on-trend gradient and speckled yarns in a unique way—by alternating stripes of solid and gradient yarn. The foldover hem, split side seam, and ribbing make this otherwise simple pullover interesting to knit.

Yarn Universal Yarn Cotton Supreme DK (100% cotton; 230 yd 210 m/3½ oz 100 g): #724 grey (MC), 3 (3, 4, 4, 4) skeins. Universal Yarn Cotton Supreme DK Seaspray (100% cotton; 230 yd 210 m/3½ oz 100 g): #306 storm (CC), 2 (2, 3, 3, 3) skeins.

Needles Sizes 4 (3.5 mm) and 6 (4 mm): straight. Size 4 (3.5 mm): 24” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
