This cowl is knit in one piece. There are 2 options for the cowl.

Materials
About 380-410 yards sport weight yarn. There are 2 sizes, 22” cowl and 24” cowl.
The stripe yarn is Louisa Harding Amitola 22”, abt 350 yards used, the solid is discontinued stash cashmere blend in sport weight, 24” abt 394 yds used.
Size 5 circular needles, 16”or 24”,
(I found I could use 24” on both sizes for cowl in round)
Adjust needle size to get gauge
14 stitch markers
Gauge 24 stitches in 4 inches
(6 stitches per inch)
Size around neck 22.3” and 24”
