I got the idea for these socks from the blue seas of Barcelona. They are knit with mohair and sock yarn held together, making them so soft and warm — like fine sand on the beach.

The socks are worked from the cuff down to the toe. The heel is shaped using the heel flap method. The toe is grafted together.
