The Barcode Socks are knit cuff down with a traditional heel flap and gusset using the magic loop method. The unique design is a great introduction to colourwork without a lot of fuss. They are a great way to use up left over scraps of yarn and create one of a kind socks!

There are instructions for knitting 56, 64 and 72 stitch socks and a star/rounded toe that does not require kitchner stitch!

Pattern testers used anywhere from 208 yards of MC (Sassy Strings Yarn Studio: Anchor’s Away) and 9 yards of CC (Sassy Strings Yarn Studio: Beach Party) for a 56 stitch sock to 350 yards of MC and 12 yards of CC for a size 12.5 men’s sock.
