C4B: Cable 4 back- Slip 2 stitches to a double pointed needle and hold
at back, knit next 2 stitches from the left-hand needle & knit 2
stitches from the double pointed needle.
C8B: Cable 8 back- Slip 4 stitches to a double pointed needle and hold
at back, knit next 4 stitches from the left-hand needle & knit 4
stitches from the double pointed needle.
Sl1: Slip 1 stitch without knitting it.

Approximately 12” x 12” x 1” but very stretchy material makes it very
versatile.
