This classic crochet bonnet is simple, lightweight and perfect for summer. It’s easy to make and adds a soft vintage touch to any outfit. This pattern works up quickly, and is perfect as a scrap yarn project. Finished piece measures 42cm/16.5inch (without the straps).

Crochet hook
Use crochet hook that is recommended for your yarn, to meet the length I made
use 4.5-475mm hook (US 7)

Yarn
Feel free to experiment with different yarn types, I recommend
using cotton/merino wool and acrylic blends for neat look. Use
worsted/aran weight yarn like Katia Merino Cotton, Drops
Cotton Merino or YarnArt Cotton Merino.
