The DK version has finished chest sizes of 37 (39 1/4, 41 1/2, 43, 45 1/4, 48 1/4, 50 1/4, 53 1/4, 54, 57, 61 3/4, 65 1/4)’’ 94 (99.5, 105.5, 109, 115, 122.5, 127.5, 135.5, 137, 145, 157, 165.5) cm chest and uses 7 (8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 10, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13) hanks Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool (or an equivalent amount of any DK weight yarn).

The worsted version has finished chest sizes of 36 1/2 (39 1/4, 41, 43 1/4, 45 1/2, 47, 49 1/2, 51 3/4, 55 1/4, 58 1/2, 61 1/2, 65 1/2)’’ 92.5 (99.5, 104, 110, 115.5, 119.5, 125.5, 131.5, 140.5, 148.5, 156, 166.5) cm and uses 7 (8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 10, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13) hanks of Indigodragonfly MerGoat Worsted (or an equivalent amount of any worsted weight yarn).

I recommend using yarns with a bit of drape for drop shoulder sweaters, at any gauge. Please choose a size that’s 4-8’’ (10 - 20.5 cm) larger than your upper torso to be comfortable in a drop shoulder sweater.
