This pattern is for crochet jockstrap pouch, with full instructions for adding elastic straps. There are two versions of the pattern in one pdf, Large and X-Large

I used approximately 50g of a cotton blend yarn (weight 4), hook size 4 mm.

The pattern requires two types of elastic, 35 cm of round elastic and 2-3 meters of flat 1 1/4 inch elastic. You will also need cotton for sewing together the straps and securing the elastic.
