This pattern is written with the intention of being a photography prop. It is meant to fit small and snug. The bottom ends of the brim are not meant to meet under the baby’s chin, there will be a gap under the chin that they do not cover. This is for aesthetic reasons, it is not meant for warmth and full coverage.
